Pension investors are invited to purchase shares in a portfolio which will invest in a number of residential property units in Cyprus. The units will be carefully selected from the stock available through our exclusive arrangements with the developers on the island and will be targeted for their excellent rental potential.
The units will be acquired at a discount and a gearing factor of approximately 33% will be used.
The investment period will be for five to eight years and then the property will be sold to realise the gains with the proceeds going back into the investors’ pension arrangements to provide income or for re-investment.
A strong investment return equivalent to 10% plus per annum is predicted.
This pension investment arrangement received approval from the Financial Services Authority in December 2008 and will be launched in the first quarter of 2009.
