Investors looking at 'concrete real estate sector' in Bulgaria should consider USP of property

Investors looking to purchase property abroad, in places such as Bulgaria, should consider what the unique selling points of the property are and whether it has good access.
That is the advice given by holiday home rental website, Holiday Lettings, which has suggested that in order to make the most of their investment, buyers should think about what makes a property appealing.
The latest research by Google Trends has shown that "a key driver in overseas property is convenience". Their statistics have uncovered that there are a "significant number of Russians searching for property in Bulgaria".
Ross Elder, managing director of holidaylettings.co.uk, advises that investors should be "looking at what their individual property has to offer".
"What unique selling points their property has, does it have the sea views? Does it have the facilities on the property? And little touches like a Jacuzzi, rather than a bath not very expensive to put in but it actually differentiates the property."
According to a report by market research company RNCOS, the Bulgarian banking industry is "growing at a rapid pace on the back of rising housing and property mortgage loans and concrete real estate sector".
