Property expert and popular television presenter Jo Sinnott has urged investors to take advantage of the great investment potential offered by real estate in Morocco.

Speaking to Property Wire, the host of Real Estate TV's Next Big Thing and a regular presenter on Sky Travel said that investors will be able to score healthy returns in the north African country.

Ms Sinnott brought attention to the fact that the tourism industry in Morocco continues to grow from strength to strength.

"You can't deny the natural lure of the country - it's short haul, it has fantastic weather, it has so much history and increasingly more and more people want to travel there, so there is massive property investment potential," she said.

Recently, Dubai-based developer Kensington Real Estate (KRE) identified Morocco and the North African sub-continent as the next big emerging market in the international property industry.

KRE is planning to invest close to £150 million into new real estate projects in Africa by the end of the year.
