Property buyers looking for opportunities to make strong returns on their investments should consider buying around the town of Essaouira, in Morocco, as its beautiful coastline and accessibility is attracting many tourists.
That is according to foreign property advice website fleewinter.com, which claims that Essaouira is an extremely promising area - in terms of property investment - because of its proximity to the capital city of Marrakech and its international airport.
Alisdair Luxmoore, director of the website, said: "If you want a return on your investment, in terms of tourists coming to stay in your place, then, wherever you are in the world, being by the coast is an enormous help."
He explained that access to international airports is incredibly important for emerging property markets such as Morocco, adding that frequent and reliable connections with Europe and the rest of the world will ensure a steady flow of tourists into Essaouira.
Essaouira is a place of great architectural and historical beauty. One of the major Moroccan trading ports, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is believed to have been inhabited since pre-historic times. |
