Brazil offers a great place to visit for those that want to buy a property abroad as a holiday home, or for consumers intent on making a profitable investment.
That is according to Amberlamb, a website that offers tips and ideas to overseas property buyers, which has picked out the South American country as worthwhile, citing its "incredible potential".
Rhiannon Davies, director of Amberlamb, explained that Brazil offers "possibly unrivalled potential at the moment".
He continued: "The middle classes in Brazil are growing in wealth and number as a result of the nation’s economic advancement … this all bodes well for the long term stabilisation and affluence of the nation. Buyers who buy in [Brazil] now could well ride this wave of success."
Mr Davies explained that it is possible to get a bargain in Brazil, saying that "property prices are much more affordable" there.
BuyAssociation agrees that Brazil is attracting investors, holiday homers and retirees alike.
It claims that the country's diverse landscape, rich culture, idyllic climate and affordability - the cost of living in Brazil is just 20 per cent of the UK - all provide the pull for British investors. |
