While a number of countries have seen increased property demand as a
result of the international credit crisis, Egypt remains so
attractive because prices are very cheap compared to Europe and
have grown nationally in a way that can be sustained.
In areas such as the Red Sea, for example, it is still possible
to buy studio apartments for as little as ?15,000. The current
strength of the Euro against the Pound makes such offers a real
steal for British investors as their money will go much further
